Take the journey downstairs to ‘The Cellar’ and you will find The Wine Underground Restaurant & Wine Bar. Complete with a chic modern dining space, 2 private dining rooms, lounge bar area and a premium wine room you can browse through to see what may tempt the palate.

Head Chef Tom Reid is passionate about using the freshest local produce and his ‘attention to detail’ unleashes his real talent of impeccable matchings with food & wine. It comes then as no surprise that the ‘House Favourites’ are his 3 & 5 course tasting menus, offered to be enjoyed on their own or with a course by course wine match. His kitchen team is constantly developing the ‘tapas to share’ & a la carte menus allowing for flexibility and suitability for the dinner for 2 or groups of varying numbers & tastes.

The wine list as you would expect is extensive, yet remains well balanced covering wines of just about every price point & varietal. Although we do support predominantly boutique Artisan South Australian wineries, there is an outstanding selection of imports available both by the glass & the bottle.
